Kopelouzos Group and JSC Rosgeologiya signed an agreement to jointly develop geothermal projects in Northern Greece. The agreement was signed in St Petersburg by Dimitris Kopelouzos, chairman and CEO of Kopelouzos Group, and Roman Panov, chairman and CEO of JSC, a Russian energy company, during the SPIEF 2017 Forum.
The two companies had signed an initial agreement during the SPIEF 2015 Forum to jointly develop projects in the geothermal sector in Greece. The agreement was signed at the presence of Sergei Donskoi, National Resources Minister and Maksim Sokolov, Transport Minister of the Russian Federation.
Under the agreement, the two companies will set up a joint company to move forward the necessary licensing procedures for the project.
Rosgeologiya offers services related with geothermy, underwater geology, hydrocarbons and off shore exploration. The Group belongs to the Russian Federation and comprises of 63 companes. It was explored more than 1,000 hydrocarbon and mining fields.
