The Greek demographic problem, highlighted in numerous studies, was confirmed in a report released on Tuesday by the county’s statistical authority, ELSTAT.

The Hellenic Statistical Authority drew the relevant data from Greece’s civil registry acts as issued by the competent municipal authorities and registered in the information system of the Ministry of Interior.
