The President of the European Council Donald Tusk said he will decide on Thursday whether to call an emergency meeting of EU leaders to discuss migration and the refugee crisis.
In a tweet he posted, he said that some leaders had requested an extra council meeting on the issue and that he will continue his consultations until Thursday.
