Greek authorities approved Terna Energy bond issue plan

A Greek Capital Market Commission board meeting on Wednesday approved a plan by Terna Energy for a public offer in Greece and the listing in the Athens Stock Exchange of up to 60,000 common bonds, of a nominal value of 1,000 euros, worth 60 million euros.

The board meeting also approved the expansion of the operating license of Eurocorp Securities, allowing the investment company to offer treasury and administrative management of financial tools.
