AEGEK reports 1.066 mln euros loss in H1 2016

AEGEK -a Greek-listed construction company- on Wednesday reported after tax and minorities losses of 1.066 million euros in the first half of 2016 and negative capital of 147.754 million euros.

Consolidated after tax and minorities results showed a loss of 7.798 million euros at the end of 2015, while equity capital was -143.068 million euros.

AEGEK, in an announcement said it was seeking ways to take its shares out of the under surveillance category in the Athens Stock Exhange, where they have been transferred since June 2008 after the company reported losses exceeding 30 pct of its net value.
