Alternate Foreign Minister Katrougalos meets Irish Min for EU Affairs Murphy

European policy issues, the bilateral relations and the Brexit dominated a meeting between Greek Alternate Foreign Minister George Katrougalos and Ireland’s Minister for European Affairs Dara Murphy on Wednesday.

According to the Foreign ministry, the discussion was held in a positive climate and two sides shared the same view on the current European developments.

Moreover, Murphy expressed Ireland’s solidarity to the efforts of the Greek government to reduce its debt.

According to the Foreign Ministry, they also expressed their readiness to boost bilateral cooperation in all areas with emphasis on the strengthening of the Greek-Irish cooperation in the field of digital technology.
