Around 1,150 workers participate in Piraeus Bank’s voluntary exit programme

Around 1,150 workers participated in a voluntary exit incentive programme at Piraeus Bank.

There was a high response rate to the programme because of the satisfactory incentives offered to workers as the bank sought to combine adjustment moves to the new data in the banking market, offering opportunities to workers to focus on other personal choices. The voluntary exit programme is among the commitments of a new restructuring plan and the need for Group transformation ahead of a new banking environment that is currently emerging.
