Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry: Greek business delegation to Israel offers deals

A delegation of Greek enterprises held more than 80 business meetings with Israeli companies in Tel Aviv, with most enterprises reaching agreements, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EBEA) said on Monday.

The business delegation was organized by EBEA with the Federation of Hellenic Enterprises (SEV) and the country’s Foreign Ministry, with the participation of George Tsipras, secretary-general for International Economic Relations and Development Cooperation of the Foreign ministry, February 14-16 in Tel Aviv, in cooperation with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and the Greek embassy in Tel Aviv.

The Greek delegation included 12 enterprises:

10. PPC RENEWABLES S.A
11. TERNA ENERGY S.A
12. ATTIKO METRO S.A

“It is important to be noted that despite the fact that the trip was made in a difficult international economic situation, the results of the meetings were particularly positive, as several businesses forged agreements. The business trip significantly contributed to the continuation and improvement of bilateral trade contacts,” EBEA officials said.
