HRADF: Bids for Pylos marina accepted by July 13

Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) announced a new tender timetable for the concession for a period of 40 years, of the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the marina of Pylos and part of the port of Pylos.

HRADF said that all eligible investors should submit binding offers by July 13, 2017 and noted that terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Request for Proposal. All other terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal remain unchanged.

TEMES, a member of Constantakopoulos Group, has expressed interest in the tender. The group operates the Costa Navarino hotel complex in the area. The marina of Pylos will have the capacity to harbor 129 vessels with a length of up to 30 metres.
