Clean exit and fair growth just a smokescreen, says KKE

Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos’ statements about the programme reviews on Thursday and those of European Commissioner Pierre Moscovici about post-programme surveillance on Friday confirm that the antipopular reforms of the memoranda will not only remain but be expanded to protect capitalist profits, said a Communist Party of Greece (KKE) announcement on Friday, commenting on the Eurogroup meeting in Sofia.

“Consequently, all that is being said about a ‘clean exit’ and ‘equitable growth’ is just a smokescreen to hide the post-programme ‘perma-memorandum,'” concluded KKE’s announcement.
