Coronavirus restrictions in worship spaces of all religions extended to August 31

The restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic at all worship spaces are extended to August 31, the Education & Religion ministry said on Tuesday.

Rules on the obligatory use of face masks, a limit on the number of attendees at church and related services and the suspension of any religious processions are still in place for all religions and denominations, the ministry said.

A new joint ministerial decision has been published on the extension.
