Democratic Coalition has “responsible stance on the FYROM issue,” Loverdos says

“We are not offerng a lifeline to anybody. Not even to parties that want to remain in power,” parliamentary spokesman of Democratic Coalition Andreas Loverdos said on Wednesday.

He termed the comments over his party’s alleged friendly disposition towards the government “provocation”, adding that it was a responsible and very serious position his party is holding on the FYROM name issue, in order not to undermine the national negotiation effort.

“We have kept a very serious and responsible stance and have not created problems on matters of foreign policy that would undermine the common effort for the solution of the FYROM issue,” said Loverdos.
