Greece is one of the 12 countries in the world where there is full legal equality between men and women, government spokesperson Υiannis Εconomou said in a Twitter post on Thursday, noting that this is due to a series of reforms and institutional interventions that regulate professional and family life.
“Greece is one of the 12 countries with full legal equality between men and women, according to a report by the World Bank. This performance is due to a series of reforms and institutional interventions,” Economou underlined.
