Energean Oil & Gas operates new support vessel to support its off shore installations in Kavala Gulf

Energean Oil & Gas announced the operation of a new vessel to support its off shore installations in Kavala Gulf in the framework of the company’s drilling program currently underway.

EnergeanWave was built in 2000 and it is certified by the ABS ship register. With a length of 47.2 meters and four Cummins KTA 38 M-2 engines with a total horsepower of 5,400, the vessel is equipped with the most up-to-date security systems and can carry 60 persons at a speed of up to 21 knots per hour.

EnergeanWave is replacing “Akra Prinos”. Energean Oil & Gas is also operating the ValiantEnergy vessel in the Kavala Gulf for transport, fire and life saving operations.
