Equity prices were dropping on Monday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 0.20 percent, standing at 588.12 points at 11.05 am and turnover at 5.15 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 0.17 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 0.18 percent.
On individual sector indices, the higher gains were in Food and Beverages (+0.95 percent) and Technology (+0.75 percent).
The heaviest losses were in Commerce (-0.88 percent) and Telecoms (-0.87 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 20 were up, 18 were down and 14 were unchanged.
