Eurobank, Alpha Bank finance Total Eren with 201.9 mln euros

Eurobank has concluded three bond loans of a total amount of 201.9 million euros to finance three of the TOTAL EREN Group companies in Greece operating wind and photovoltaic parks with a total power of 162.4 MW .

According to an announcement, Eurobank Greece together with its subsidiaries in Cyprus (Eurobank Cyprus Limited) and Luxembourg (Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg SA) are participating in the financing, covering a total of 131.9 million euros, as well as Alpha Bank with an amount of 70 million euros.

The purpose of bond loans is, among other things, to fully refinance the existing borrowing of the three companies and to facilitate their corporate objectives. TOTAL EREN Group operates worldwide in the field of Renewable Energy Production (wind, solar, hydro) and has a significant presence in Greece through EREN Hellas Energy SA, a subsidiary of the Group.
