European Commissioner Corina Cretu to visit Greece Oct. 3-5

European Commissioner for Regional Policy Corina Cretu will be visiting Greece officially from October 3 to 5, to talk with government officials and visit projects funded by the European Union.

Cretu is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and Deputy PM Yiannis Dragasakis.

The commissioner’s itinerary includes the Roman Agora, the new municipal market in Kypseli, the Thriasio transport complex, the new high-speed electric train line running between Tithorea, Lianokladi and Domokos, the Makrakomi bypass and the Logistics company. She will also attend the inauguration of the recreation of Lake Karla, which was drained in the 60s.
