Greek Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos expressed his optimism over an agreement at the Eurogroup meeting that will start at 16:00 in Luxembourg, upon his arrival at ESM’s headquarters.
Asked if he expects an agreement at the Eurogroup he said “I am optimistic”.
