Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Dendias is heading to both Montenegro and Croatia on Wednesday, to meet with the state leadership of these Balkan countries.
At Montenegro’s capital city Podgorica, Dendias will first meet with President of Montenegro Milo Dukanovic then with Prime Minister Dusko Markovic. He will afterwards meet with his Montenegrin counterpart Srdjan Darmanovic, as well as with the Parliament’s President Ivan Brajovic.
The Greek foreign minister will then visit Croatia, which holds the EU presidency this semester, where at the capital city of Zagreb he will meet with Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman.
Talks are expected to focus on the European prospects of the western Balkans and the situation in the eastern Mediterranean, according to a ministry announcement.
