Foreign ministry plans two business missions in South America and Africa in 2018

The foreign ministry wants to expand Greece’s presence in new markets in 2018, through the development of new economic and trade relations with countries in South America and Africa, Alternate Foreign Minister George Katrougalos said on Tuesday, during a meeting with the representatives of more than 20 bilateral Chambers of Commerce.

Katougalos said the ministry is planning two major business missions in the two continents next year and stressed the need to boost trade relations in countries where Greece already has a presence, such as South Korea, India and Japan.
