Future of natural gas in Greece, Cyprus to be focus of HAEE Brussels Gas Forum

The future of natural gas in Greece and Cyprus is the topic of an international forum organized by the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics (HAEE) titled “HAEE Brussels Gas Forum”, which will be held on October 19 at the European Parliament Building in Brussels.

“The Forum aims at the exchange of ideas, research results and experiences among experts and professionals engaged in academic, business, governmental and international organizations,” the organizers said in their website.

More than twenty designated speakers will attend the forum and exchange views, focusing on the future of natural gas in industrial usage, on its applications, pricing, taxation and the challenges that are yet to come.

During the forum, HAEE’s research associates will present the report “Excise Duty on Natural Gas when used as Feedstock”.
