Government sources on Sunday ruled out the possibility of a reshuffle pointing to the many open issues as well as the government’s high percentages in polls.
“The government is doing well. Reshuffle in the midst of a crisis is not possible. The ministers have a lot of work to do and everyone should deal with their work and not with reshuffle scenarios that work disorientingly for the government’s work,” Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said to his associates, according to government sources.
“The prime minister is focused on tackling the pandemic, restarting tourism and the overall economic activity, as well as solving labour problems in order to reduce job losses. That is why he has constant meetings and he wants all ministers to be focused on this,” the same sources said.
