Greece to claim European Medicine Association’s headquarters

Greece will claim the headquarters of the European Medicine Agency.

Alternate Foreign Minister George Katrougalos will table the official request to the Organisation’s president with whom he will meet on Friday in London.

Katrougalos said to Athens Macedonian News Agency that the EMA is one of the two European organisations based in London and after the Brexit their headquarters must be transferred to another European country.

Portugal, Denmark, Croatia, The Netherlands, Sweden have also expressed interest, however, as Katrougalos claimed the prospect the Agency to be transferred to Greece is positive because Europe has a positive aspect of the Greek medicine.
