Greek gov’t gives green light for start of works at the Astir Vouliagmeni Hotel

Greek government ministers on Wednesday signed a ministerial decision approving a land plan for an investment project to exploit the Astir Vouliagmeni Hotel complex, paving the way for the start of works in Astir Vouliagmeni Hotel after a positive recommendation made by the Secretary-general of State Property Theopisti Perka.

The ministerial decision was signed by Environment and Energy Minister George Stathakis, Culture and Sports Minister Lydia Koniordou, Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura and Deputy Finance Minister Katerina Papanatsiou.

State Minister Alekos Flambouraris, in an announcement, said this action allowed the immediate start of works so that the hotel complex can reopen as soon as possible.
