Greek industrial turnover index up 26.9 pct in January

Greek industrial turnover composite index (measuring both the domestic and external markets) grew 26.9 pct in January this year, compared with the same month last year, after a 14.2 pct decline recorded in the 2016/2015 period, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Wednesday.

The domestic market turnover index grew 19.9 pct in January, while the external market rose 36.4 pct. The composite index fell 19.8 pct in January from December 2016.
