Greek stocks ended marginally lower on the Athens Stock Exchange on Wednesday, under the weight of sliding banks.
The index eased 0.13pct to end at 767.91 points, with the Large Cap index ending flat and banks down 1.81 pct. Mid cap shares outperformed, adding 1.29 pct.
Turnover was 49.4 million euros on volume of 27,507,881.
ELLAKTOR (5.53 pct), Vioter (3.77 pct) and Thessaloniki Port (2.48 pct) advanced while National Bank (-1.62 pct), Alpha Bank (-2 pct) and Piraeus Bank (-3 pct) lost ground.
Broadly, decliners led advancers by 49 to 44 with another 28 issues unchanged.
