A Greek trade delegation to Russia organised by the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) in cooperation with Greek International Business Association (SEVE), the foreign ministry and the Industrialists and Entepreneurs Union of Russia successfully concluded a trip to Moscow last week, according to an announcement on Monday.
Participating in the mission, which concluded on Friday, were 14 Greek businesses from the energy, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, building materials, cosmetics and other sectors. Their representatives had the opportunity to hold 81 meetings with 38 Russian companies and organisations, such as Renova Group, Rosatom, RSD International, Medintorg, Zakorsky Pipe Plant and the Skolkovo Foundation.
Addressing a forum held in the context of the Greek mission, the senior SEV consultant Giorgos Filiopoulos underlined the need for an increase in the volume of Greek exports to Russia and for bilateral business relations to become stronger through the cooperation of Greek and Russian enterprises in energy, construction, pharmaceuticals, food and technology.
The 14 Greek businesses that participated in the mission were Alfa Pastry, VIANEX, PPC, DPG Group, GP Hellenic Soil-Superfoods, Elea Kreta – PelopoNissos – Spartan Treasure, Kopelouzos Group, Frezyderm, Intermed, Kyriakidis-Georgopoulos Law Company, MEL, FARMEX, STILMET-Viohalco Group and TEMAK.
