Green Angels member-companies held their 3rd meeting on planning, drafting and presenting an integrated program of corporate social responsibility, focusing on management systems and the procedures each company can follow to improve its performance.
The working meeting took place at Grant Thornton’s offices, a member of Green Angels community, at the presence of representatives of the top enterprises with established activities in the Greek market.
The meeting was opened by Theofanis Xouleis and Andreas Tyrakis -General Community Managers of Green Angels- who referred to the strategic planning of the initiative and the community’s next scheduled actions. The members were also informed over the specifications of HAPI-E, of the Metsovio Polytechnic School, exclusively for Green Angels and over an initiative of setting up a Research Department of National & European Funding Tools by Green Angels aimed to offer to community members the whole range of support to maximize their access to national and European funding for innovative ideas and to transform them into successful research and applied projects.
Katerina Katsouli, CSR & Sustainability Director in Grant Thornton, referred to new trends on corporate social responsibility and how a company can develop such programs based on international standards.
