KINAL calls for gov’t briefing on Greek-Turkish exploratory talks

Movement for Change (KINAL) called for an official briefing on the restart of the Greek-Turkish exploratory talks that took place in Istanbul on Monday.

“According to information, the Turkish side today raised issues at the exploratory talks that are unacceptable for our national sovereignty,” party spokesman Pavlos Christidis said.

He added, “We are awaiting a formal government briefing, reiterating that our only difference and the only item on the talks’ agenda is the delimitation of the EEZ and the continental shelf, without any concessions. There are national ‘red lines’.”
