Movement for Change (Kinima Allagis, KINAL) leader Fofi Gennimata, speaking on Tuesday to TV Open, said that KINAL was “a force of stability and normality and we will not leave the country crash onto the rocks. We will be there to strive for changes in the agreement struck by Tsipras’ (Alexis, prime minister) regarding primary supluses and [the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations]”.
On the debate she said that it was clear that Tsipras did not want any debate and definitely not a debate with all the political party leaders in Parliament.
She called on progressive citizens to trust KINAL because “there is no need for us to have, on the day after the elections, either the uncontrolled domination of New Democracy, which will seek to question labour rights and entitlements, nor a powerful populist main opposition in SYRIZA…. It is a crucial vote and the dilemma is between a strong KINAL or new adventures.”
