Movement for Change (KINAL) leader Fofi Gennimata once again criticized the government over the labour bill, the debate of which starts in parliament on Monday.
In an interview with Open TV on Sunday, the leader of KINAL stressed that the government bill demolishes the labour law. “They are taking us back to the era of individual contracts, while during this period of time, the employee must feel more safe than ever.”
Gennimata accused the ruling New Democracy (ND) government that “it reminds of the old New Democracy party of the 90’s. It is a pity for the country. It is obvious that it serves a business elite and a party elite and it is channelling the resources of the Recovery Fund towards this direction.”
