Kolberg: Greek programme to be on the Eurogroup’s agenda

“The issue of the Greek adjustment programme will be on the agenda of next week’s Eurogroup. The institutions will provide a briefing on where things are now and then we will be able to brief on how things stand. Beyond that there is no other news,” German finance ministry spokesman Dennis Kolberg said in response to a question about the possibility of finding a solution with the next few days that will allow the IMF to join the programme.

Asked about the possibility of providing a precautionary credit line after the end of the programme, Kolberg reiterated that “the issue is now the fourth programme review which is underway and all further steps must be decided in due course.”
