New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis criticized Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Thursday for the ongoing strike on municipal employees who were left without work following a top court ruling cancelling the extension of their contracts.
“Mr. Tsipras, along with the all other Greeks, also deceived the fixed-term contract municipal employees. That doesn’t legitimize drowning the country in garbage,” he tweeted.
