National Bank CEO Frangiadakis resigns

National Bank of Greece (NBG) chief executive Leonidas Frangiadakis resigned Friday after three years at the helm of the lender, the bank said in a statement.

The bank, the country’s second largest, did not give a reason for his resignation.

NBG said that Frangiadakis will be replaced by deputy chief executive Paul Mylonas until the lender’s general assembly.
