Main opposition New Democracy (ND), in an announcement on Sunday regarding the interview of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras to Documento newspaper, said that the Greeks are well aware that this government cannot lead the country out of the crisis.
“The unemployed are experiencing this as well as the young people who see no future. The middle class is being threatened by over taxation as well as all employees, pensioners and businessmen. Tsipras’ interview is not focused on these people. And this is perhaps because he does not care about these people,” according to the announcement.
The main opposition also stressed that the prime minister must be held accountable to all these people for the additional pressure, the non existence of the necessary changes in the economy, education, security and health. To cut a long story short, he must be held accountable for the lack of reforms everywhere, it added.
