Potami leader St. Theodorakis expelled MP Iasonas Fotilas for diverging from the party line on a number of issues

The “Potami” lost an MP on Tuesday, resulting in its parliamentary representation dwindling to nine, after leader Stavros Theodorakis expelled Iasonas Fotilas from the centrist group for diverging from the party line on a number of issues.

The key contention was Fotilas’s suggestion that the party collaborate with conservative New Democracy.
