Potami leader to undergo scheduled surgery for tumour removal

Potami leader Stavros Theodorakis was admitted to hospital on Tuesday evening for a scheduled surgery to remove a treatable tumour, the party said in a press release.

“Stavros Theodorakis was admitted to a hospital in Athens tonight to undergo a scheduled surgery to remove a treatable neoplasm he was diagnosed with,” the party said.

“The leader of Potami will return soon to his political and parliamentary duties after his full recovery,” it added.
