Second package of prior actions to pass by the 18th of December

The informal meeting that called early on Monday morning by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras concluded shortly after 2pm, with the government aiming to pass the second package of prior actions by the 18th of December. The Prime Minister called the meeting to debate the government’s planning and coordination.

The Monday morning meeting was called since the coalition government is expected to table a series of critical bills over the next few days, which are related to the completion of the bailout program review.

Additionally, preparations will be made for the return of the institutions in Athens on Tuesday, which will resume negotiations.
