Statements by Centrists’ Union leader Leventis inaccurate, say foreign ministry sources

Foreign ministry sources on Wednesday refuted as inaccurate the statements made by Centrists’ Union leader Vassilis Leventis about his discussion on Tuesday with Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias. Kotzias, who is currently holding a series of meetings with the leaders of opposition parties in Parliament, met Leventis to brief him on developments concerning foreign policy matters, especially the FYROM name issue.

The same sources noted that, in any case, the attempt to make the contents of a strictly confidential discussion public renders difficult the possibility of such a briefing in the future.
