Technical issues were mainly discussed in the meeting between the labour ministry and the mission chiefs of the institutions on Wednesday.
According to a senior government official, the two sides discussed the digitization of the social security history of the insured. According to the labor ministry, 50 percent has already been digitized, while the process continues, focusing on insured people close to retirement.
Concerning the issue of collective bargaining and the role of arbitration, ministry sources said a legal study is expected on the issue and next week talks will start with social partners. The two sides also discussed undeclared labour.
The senior government official said the subject of the minimum wage was not broached, but will form part of the general development strategy the government will present to the institutions at the end of April.
