Terna Energy Group has reported consolidated sales totaling 208.3 million euros in the January-September period, from 148.3 million in the same period in 2016, for an increase of 40.5 pct.
In an announcement on Monday, Terna said revenue from the electricity production sector totaled 125.5 million euros in the nine-month period from 104.7 million in 2016, up 19.9 pct. Revenue from electricity energy transactions totaled 8.2 million euros (down from 24.6 million in 2016). Revenue from the construction sector grew to 30.2 million euros from 18.6 million, while revenue from accessions jumped to 44.4 million euros from 400,000 euros last year.
EBITDA grew 35.4 pct to 106.8 million euros in the nine-month period, while EBIT jumped 44.1 pct to 70.2 million euros. Pre-tax earnings rose 44.8 pct to 32 million euros, while net after tax and minority earnings rose 37.4 pct to 19.1 million euros.
Terna Energy Group implemented an investment programme worth 178 million euros in the January-September period.
The Group’s established power totals 941 MW, of which 516 MW in Greece, 293 MW in USA, 102 MW in Poland and 30 MW in Bulgaria.
