Tsipras has ‘burdened past and no future’, Spyraki says

Alexis Tsipras is a prime minister with a “burdened past and no future” that no citizen, investor or interlocutor believes, main opposition New Democracy spokesperson Maria Spyraki said in an interview with the newspaper “Realnews” published on Sunday.

The major goal set by ND leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis was to boost the rate of growth above a paltry 2 pct so that people were able to plan their lives, she added.

Accusing the government of mud-slinging, she said that ND will not follow, while she criticised the recent reshuffle as “lacking a political imprint”.

On the possibility of collaboration with the Potami party, she said that ND was prepared to join with citizens that shared its plan for a creative Greece without ideological obsessions and that Potami expressed a section of the voters that shared these concerns and seek a way out.
