Tsipras, Orban discuss future of Europe, Western Balkans, EU-Turkey relations in Budapest

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban discussed on Tuesday the future of Europe, developments in the Western Balkans, EU relations with third countries, EU-Turkey relations and the issue of European security and defence during a meeting in Budapest, in the national parliament.

“The discussion was held in a climate of respect and sincerity over different opinions,” the prime minister’s office said.

The two sides also discussed the creation of a dialog between Balkan countries and the Visegrad Group.
