TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) is undertaking initiatives to support public health providers in responding to the social needs created during this difficult time. Specifically, the company is donating medical equipment to the Intensive Care Unit / Enhanced Care Unit of the Respiratory Deficiency Center at Sotiria hospital.
The donation includes 200 Medical Oxygen-free PVC masks with special filters to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as two GE Mac 2000 electrocardiographs.
Kondilia Kontogiannis, Director of Education and Communication underlined: “In these unprecedented conditions, every company has to do everything in its power to facilitate the medical and nursing staff of the whole country, which are making superhuman efforts. With this act we want to express our gratitude and our support for them and seek to contribute to the titanic effort being made to halt the pandemic.”
